Loading data from previous simulations.

Hi,
is it possible to load data from previous simulations without reading a data file (for example by UDFs)? E.g., can I 'patch' the temperature field with the one obtained from a previous simulation, without loading also the other variables (flow field etc.)? In other words: can I patch any variable with a non-constant value? Thanks, Ale |

Sure! use file/interpolate/variables to write the necessary variables from previous simulation and read and initialize those values into new simulation.
All the best! Varghese |
