Help!! Velocity fluctuation in LES

Can anybody help me to find the velocity fluctuation in LES? I could find the average velocity, but I don't know how to display the instantaneous velocity or velocity fluctuation.Thanks for your help!!

The way I used to do it when I was working with LES is to save data files for each time step. I believe an execuatable command can be set up to save the data file at the end of every time step using a %t command. If there is a more elegant way of doing it I would be interested in hearing about it.
