Solution file to be used in Fluent

Dear Sir/Madam, I am doing my MSc in CFD/Aerodynamics, I am interested to read my solution file in Fluent to calculate aerodynamic coefficients as well as to use its visulaization features. Woulu anyone please help me to let me know the format required for Fluent to read my file, looking for an urgent reply,

FLUENT 6 can import all the following formats:
ANSYS CGNS FIDAP GAMBIT IDEAS Universal NASTRAN PATRAN FLUENT 4 Hi ap |

My solution file format is plot3d, does it also read by Fluent?

Normally no. There is nothing about that in the manual. As far as I know, you could import only meshes in the format described by ap.
