Default Define a source term

I use UDF to add one source term to the stress transport eqution in RSM model. The result is satisfactory except in the first cell nearby the wall. The stress is higher than nearby cells. When I define a source term, should I exclude the first cell near wall and just let the scheme sweep over other cells?
