Hi, there. If outflow boundary condition is applied, that means the downstream values have no influence on the upstream region. Therefore, whatever you add to the outflow boundary condition, the results should be same! Try other boundary conditions if you want to consider heat transfer effect.

Sorry, the last sentence is somewhat misleading. Actually, if the outflow boundary condition fits your case, then just use it. If you expect to see a different velocity distribution with heat transfer, then you maybe consider use a different outlet boundary condition.
