How to modify a value by a UDF?

Hi all, we know that the value of variables in a cell or face can be recieved through the function F_V or C_V etc, but how to modify these value? Which function should be used?

Thank Murali. If it is doable that use the evaluate sentence like C_V(c,t) =6.0 in define_adjust?
