Hi, everyone

Now I am simulating particle dispersed in air flow use DPM in FLEUNT 5.5. After converged, I want to display the particle velocity profile in different transverse position. But I cannot find the relevant command in GUI menu. Do I need use UDF to approach this target? If so, could you give me your experience or suggestion please?

Regards, David

Hi

Open report>discrete phase> sample>

select your

injection> surface> where you want your report of (x,y,z,u,v,etc) compute>

Fluent will write an output file in your directory, whic you can see by

open report>discrete phase>histogram

select read file>output plot histogram of velocity
