How to get access to Fluent User Services Center?

Hi,All,

I am currently a Fluent user in US. I tried to register online to get the access to their User Services Center, but they never gave me any reply. I then tried the telephone number listed on their website, but found there is no live customer service representative I can talk to.

I do not know what to do next to get the access. Anybody has experiences with this? Can you help me out?

If you did, please e-mail me (kk@fluent.com) your full name and company/university name so that we can investigate why you did not receive a response.

i have been trying to get access to fluent user services centre but there is no clue how to get that.

i wanted to download dynamic_mesh.zip folder . can anyone send me the file please??
