Default turbulence properties (k, epsilon) with v.o.f. ?

I try to understand V.O.F. model. simply, V.O.F. model can model two immiscible fluids by solving a single set of momentum equation. And tracking the volume of fraction of each of the fluids throughout the domain. So, center of cell have a value of p,u,v,F.(here, pressure, u,v: velocity, F:volume fraction) When I use v.o.f. model with turbulence model(k-e model), the center of cell have also a value of k,e throughout F=0 or F=1.But I don`t know that at interface Cell between F=0 and F=1. How to calulate value of the k and epilon? please, help me. thanks.
