Hello,

Now I want to use fluent5.4.8 to simulate combustion of Aluminum particle in oxidant-rich gas. But I don't know how to solve it.

Do you have some cases about this?Would you like to give me some cases?

Thank you for your help.

MR LEE:

Thank you for your help.

There is an example about Pulverized Coal combustion in fluent5.4.8. There is C(s) species in prePDF material database. But There isn't Al(s) species in prePDF material database. How can I add new material.

1. Modify 'thermo.db'.

2.prePDF 3.1 or higher already has Al(S) in it's database.

Sincerely, Jinwook

Hi,

Those numbers are comments. 62987 means the fitting coefficients of this species was generated on June 29, 1987.
