Default slip coefficient for moving wall

Hi,

I am modeling a free surface problem with VOF. In this model, there is a moving wall boundary. I hope to set a slip coefficient on the moving wall. But I don't know how to do it. It works for stationary wall. Anyway can give me help? Thanks a lot.
