Greetings. Did any one implement the option of Flow iteration per chemistry update in FLUENT 6 ? This option is mentioned in the respective HELP panel for Define-->models-->species-->turbulance-chemistry interaction, but not given!.

Thanks for any respective literature/dissertaion refference, i.e. directly related to FLUENT.

Thanks

Peter

I think you need to select the Eddy Dissipation Concept first before you can select this option.

Erwin Thanks.

Yes I did select EDC 1st but, the EDC model window (i.e. within the spEcies model)does not portray an option of "Flow Iterations per Chemistry Update", COTRARY TO WHAT Is indicated in the respective HELP panel! That is exextly the point of my note and my search for a respective FLUENT related UDF or FLUENT inherent nobe!

Peter .

I checked, I have seen this species menu behave a bit wacky in the past. Indeed, the 'flow iterations' thing does not pop up the first time. First you have to click OK, then it should be there when you go back again.
