PEMFC modelling

Hi.. Now Im study for my master program. Im going to simulate gas utilization, temperature and pressure distribution in the gas channel for PEMFC model using Fluent 6 and Gambit. But my knowledge about both software is very lack. So can anybody can give some opinion and suggestion about this or have some papers/journals that can give me more information. Thanks you. I am new in Fluent , firstly I was used the code Comsol for modeling the PEMFC but I found the difficulty because my supervisor do not help me so I decided to use the software Fluent but again I found the difficulty, I began by the tutorial of PEM fuel cells 3D but without results, please if you can help me.
