Default About Defogging Simulation

I know that deicing(or defrosting) can be simulated well in FLUENT. But I wanna know if defogging simulation can be done. I saw the defogging simulation results by Star-CD in some magazine and papers. Would you tell me the possibility of defogging simulation using FLUENT?
