Alternative to Gambit

Hy,
what meshing-tools do you recommend as an alternative to gambit. It should have the meshing-features from gambit but does not need to be a cad-system. -(working) boundary layers -tets, wedges, hex, pyramids (linear), hybrid meshes -good support (germany) -fluent-export Cad-import should be possible with parasolid (and certainly from iges and step). I guess ICEM (ICEM CFD Engineering) could do the job. They have an office in Germany as far as I know...
