Hi all,

This is probably a stupid question but how do you create wall thinkness in a model? Do you just draw the model twice, external and internal??? I want this so that i can model the heat transfer through the wall.

Thanks

Mark.

Hi Mark,

Fluent allows you to specify thickness to a wall.Conduction in a wall can be modeled by switching on shell conduction.
