When I read my mesh file into Fluent, it immediately gives me the following error,

Error: access: unbound variable Error Object: phase-domain?

and it also changes the names of the boundary condtions set in Gambit to some default names.

Can this be overcome?

Help much appreciated.

Thanks, Prabhu.B

Prabhu I think you are not defineing your bounday types and boundary continnum in Gambit so define it first in Gambit and then export of Fluent. Hope this may work for you Regards Sohail

Thank you for yr suggestions. I found out the reason for that error,

when I give names for the boundary conditions in Gambit, I should not leave any space between the words.

Suppose I want to give a name for a boundary coditions as Pressure Inlet, I should type as as Pressureinlet, if I leave a space between Pressure and Inlet then that gives me the error.

I don't know the reason, but it happens that way.
