Hi all,

(1)Can I use an edge of a fluid continum face as inlet using "Source term" option in 'Fluid' panel?

Fluent Manual suggests use of this for a tiny element/cell.

(2)If the ans. to (1)is yes, then how to calculate the mass & momentum sources for the edge which is in the X direction(parallel to X-dir)? Shall I have to input X-momentum source or Y-momentum?

Als, How to specify K and epsilon for the same?

I am using Fluent 5.5 for 2-D model.

Waiting for help. Thanx in advance.

Can only specify mass/momentum source in fluid cells.
