I need to analysis the flow and heat transfer in a thawing chamber containing frozen foods.
The air enters at a certain temperature and velocity through one side of the thawing chamber, passes past the stacked frozen food packs and leaves through a vent on the opposite side of the thawing chamber. What kind of flow and heat transfer boundary conditions should I given to solve a problem of this kind. Help much appreciated. |
