Default gas flow through porous medium

I am modeling dense gas-solid flow, where a particular gas flows at a very low velocity through a porous medium, and as time progresses I wanna monitor the concentration of different gases at the outlet.Can this be done with Fluent and if yes how?Thanks everybody.
