interface warning message when running parallel

I tried to run a model which contains a pair of interfaces using the parallel version of FLUENT. When reading in the case file, FLUENT generates some warning messages about "interface encapsulate...", does it mean I have to partitioned the grids such that the Interfaces are in a single partition?
Please advise. Thanks. |

When you partition the case you have to de-select "partition across zones".

I had that problem also. Took a considerable amount of time to resove the problem, trying many things. Ultimatel, the issue was resolved by using Fluent 5.7.
Also, Make sure you create the interface 'before' partitioning the mesh, and partition the mesh in the serial solver. |

also Fluent 5.4 has no problem with interfaces. So the way is to partition the grid with 5.4 and read it into 5.5
