Default hydrofoil-non cavitation

Does anybody know the best setup for fluent, to model a hydrofoil, without modeling cavitation. I am looking for some really detailed information here, on the best way to set it up. Including every option that was used, the way the grid was setup and so on. This would be of great help, at the moment I can not even use fluent to get some good results, as I am not confident in the way I am modeling my flow, it is only 2D-it can't be that hard-can it?

Please help

Andy
