hi,

can somebody tell me what are the reasons for getting the error:"floating point exception"?and what are the remedies for it?

That means your solutions are diverging. Change your relaxation factors.(of course, under-relaxation factors.)

P.S : setting an proper initial condition would help to avoid diverging even though your problem is steady-state.
