Thin Surface in Gambit

Hi all,
Why Gambit didn't recognize a surface that I had set to wall as a thin surface? Gambit simply ignores it when I export the .msh file. I want to use the Fluent 5 solver. So, anyone got any hint? Regards, cfd guy |

First, please check if the surface belongs to volumes. If the surface is standalone, then you can't export it. Second, if the surface is "of" volumes, then if you don't mesh it, again you can't export it.
Have a nice day. |

Thanks Jerry for answering,
As a new user I must say that Gambit didn't export the thin surface defined as WALL. I was meshing my volume with tets, is this might be the problem? Regards, cfd guy |
