Default MESH DATA QUESTION

I have a question regarding the use of the Mesh Data Command in FIPREP. I created a TGrid Tetrahedron mesh in GAMBIT but I am having trouble getting FIDAP to run successfully. I think that FIDAP believes my mesh is quadrilateral, but I can't figure out how to properly change this in FIPREP/MESH DATA. Any advice on the syntax and what to do?
