Default emulsion filtration

I am investigating the mechanism of emulsion filtration. Here is the problems I met: 1) since the description in pore scale (pore size of membrane is around 2 micron) is needed, the porous model in Fluent is not useful. 2) The emulsion has an oil concentration in the bulk fluid, but near the membrnae surface, the concentration of oil droplet is fairly high (30%--60%) and interaction between droplet is significant (also, rupture and coalascence may occur). So DPM in Fluent is not suitable. 3) is there any commercial software can deal with this problem?

Thanks a lot.
