Default flow in an oven?

I need to model flow in an oven, including the effects of radiation from the heaters (at the top), with the object to be heated at the bottom, and with an inert gas flowing through the oven. Anybody have experience with this to give some pointers? Especially in the radiation - I have no experience with radiation in Fluent. Which radiation model is best to use?
