Elliot Schwartz Guest Posts: n/a	If your fluid is solder paste, you could try FLUENT or FIDAP to model it as a non-Newtonian fluid. If the viscoelasticity of the solder paste is significant, you may want to try POLYFLOW. Good luck. Elliot
