Not able to import mesh from ICEM CFD to FLUENT

Please help me to import the mesh file to Fluent.

I have first converted the mesh to .uns(unstructured mesh) file.
Then saved it for ansys fluent solver.
and then in .msh file.

I tried importing and it showed a "critical error".
