if anyone has conducted simulations and experiments for heat generation verification? My experimental parameters are similar to the S-type, but the simulated curve is nearly linear. Whether I import internal resistance heat generation using UDF or directly fit the experimental parameters into a formula and then import it into Fluent, the trend of the simulated curve is always nearly linear. How can fit it so that the heat generation curve in Fluent approximates the experimental results?
The above figure shows the simulation curve, while the below figure shows the experimental curve

Maybe the S-type depends on other temperature-dependent data. As thermal conductivy of your solids, chemistry inside the battery, small amounts of evaporating water and so on. So it could be not a problem of setting up the heat generation in Fluent.
