Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on a simulation of a centrifugal pump using ANSYS Fluent. I’m relatively new to the software and could use some help. I've extracted the fluid domain, including the volute, impeller, and two pipes (inlet and outlet). Below are the key characteristics of my pump:

Mass Flow Rate: 125 kg/s at the inlet
Outlet Pressure: Fixed at a level corresponding to a manometric head of 50 m
Fluid: Water with a density of 1000 kg/m³
Rotational Speed: 1450 rpm

I've followed these steps in setting up my simulation:

Creation of Fluid Domain: I used SpaceClaim to create the fluid domain from the imported geometry and removed unnecessary details.
Boundary Conditions: Defined as specified above.

Simulation Parameters: I activated the k-omega SST turbulence model and set strict convergence criteria. I initialized the calculation with approximate conditions.

However, I’ve noticed that the fluid does not appear to be rotating as expected, and I’m unsure where the problem lies. I’ve attached a screenshot of my setup and simulation results. Any advice on what might be going wrong or steps I should take to troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your help.
