Hello! I am currently simulating heat transfer in a packed bed using Eulerian multiphase model. There are 3 phases in the model. The 1st phase is a gas mixture. The other two phases are CaO and CaOH2, which are set as granular and packed bed.
But the predicted temperature and contours is not inaccurate.
Could you suggest any solutions or provide your opinion on how to resolve this issue?

The problem description.docxn is also uploaded in the attachment.

The cas and dat files is stored in the following link, the download code is orf9 (maybe required).
https://pan.baidu.com/s/1ibOew13Wot4ApvP6ULKkHQ

Basic description:
The mesh includes 3 cell zones, which are fluid-inlet, fluid-middle and fluid-outlet.
A internal heat source (5000000W ) is applied to phase CaO at fluid-middle zone.
Fluent version is 2022 R1.

The material property are as follows.
Density_CaO=1000kg/m3, Cp_CaO=900j/kg.k, volume_CaO=0.2;
Density_CaOH=1200kg/m3, Cp_CaOH=856j/kg.k, volume_CaOH=0.2.

Problem1. the predicted temperature is inaccurate.
4 sets of tests were conducted. The main difference of these tests lies in the setting of initial temperature (300k or 600k) and interphase heat transfer (when no interphase heat transfer, the internal heat source mainly heats phase CaO ).

In the case without interphase heat transfer,
Tmax =5000000*time/(1000*0.2*900);
In the case with interphase heat transfer,
Tmax =5000000*time/(1000*0.2*900+1200*0.2*856);

Test1: T_Initial=300k ,Without Inter heat transfer.
Test2:T_Initial=300k,With Inter heat transfer (ranz-marshall model).
Test3: T_Initial=600k ,Without Inter heat transfer.
Test4:T_Initial=600k,With Inter heat transfer (ranz-marshall model).

simulation time (s) Simulated Tmax (K) Calculated Tmax (K)
Test 1
1.2622 335.0545 335.06111
6.2622 465.8356 473.95
11.2622 590.0731 612.8389
Test 2

1.2422 316.32 342.058
3.2422 342.186 342.058
8.2422 400.8861 406.9194
13.2422 458.6656 471.78
Test 3
1.2555 615.3684 616.28
6.2555 670.4471 681.15
11.2555 725.89 746.0
13.2555 748 771.95
Test 4
1.0605 626 629
6.0605 741 768

Problem 2. Temperature contours is uneven. In fact, with the same internal heat source, Temperature contours should not be so uneven as follows.
