Hi,
I have a problem in a simulation in which I use a vof-dpm coupling. I have a bubble that rises through a phase of the vof and reaches the surface, I use a udf that expands the bubble based on the y coordinate of the particle, but at the same time Getting to the top of the primary phase spreads me out too much. |

try to simplify phenomenas , try make simple vof model with implicit solver

Hello Martin
I already tried what you mention, I am running the case in a transient state, with energy equation, and with drag force, gravity, pressure gradient and for the dpm-vof coupling I am using two-way coupling. The thing is that I have a case without bubble expansion and in that case the phase is not affected or disturbed, by adding the expansion the results that I should obtain should not be such a large dispersion (the continuous phase is dispersed as columns) |
