Default How to indicate fluid region from STL file

Dear all,

I am now doing heat transfer simulation, and what I would like to do is creating the domain into 2 regions, the upper region is the gas block and the down region is the fluid block. The fluid block will import from STL file. Thus, how can I indicate that STL is fluid region.
