Ansys Fluent Results error

When I tried to open the results of my calculation, this appear when opening the file. CFD-Post Application Error Unable to load file
SYS.1-1-00500.dat.h5

CFD-Post Application Error

ERROR
Unable to load file:

C:\Users\Nara Pangestu\Gay_files\dp0\FLU\Fluent\SYS.1-1-00500.dat.h5

CFD-Post can load files from the following applications and formats:
Ansys CFX
Ansys Common Fluids (Project, Mesh, Results and Post files)
Ansys FENSAP-ICE
Ansys FIDAP Neutral
Ansys Fluent
Ansys Forte
Ansys Mechanical Results (to 2020 R2)
Ansys Meshing
CFX-4 (Dump files)
CFX-TASCflow (must have grd/rso, bcf and prm*files)
*CGNS

It can be a Ansys BUG, I have sometimes this error when I change many times my preprocessor setup , try to reset your post and make simulation again if U vhave short analysis
