zeoffle is on a distinguished road
Hi

I'm currently solving a cooling channel problem using Fluent.

The model was made by Spaceclaim, and the model consists of fluid and solid parts.

Both models applied share topology.

And mesh was generated using Fluent meshing.

The created mesh was good I think. The number of cells and quality were appropriate.

However, when solving with Fluent, the temperature and heat flux values of the cooling channel soar.

The boundary condition at the wall in the thermal tab was set in all 'coupled'.

In the case that I didn't apply share topology, there were no problems like this.

So, I want to know if there is a big problem with my procedure using share topology.

Plus, If you have a similar case solving this problem, please let me know your story about this.

Thank you.
