_martin_ is on a distinguished road
Meshing a 3D arched geometry and getting many of these warnings. The geometry is clean and shouldnt intersect. The geometry does sit in an enclosure required to regulate external conditions.

Warning: Dihedral limit violations or self-intersections found, undoing join.y

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Martin
