Hi All,
I need to simulate the flow in a closed loop pipe with different diameters using Fluent. Flow is Single phase fluid, incompressible, Turbulent flow. Only flow simulation is required to check whether flow is properly distributed at different points in the loop. NO heat transfer, only constant temperature for flow fluid. I have done previously multiple flow simulations in various piping configurations where I will have a separate inlet and outlet boundaries and I will define boundary conditions like mass flow rate, pressure outlet etc. But in this problem of closed loop piping, I am clueless on how to define the boundary conditions, what boundary conditions would be required, where to define the conditions etc. Any immediate help on guidance is really appreciated. Thank you Venkat |
