in my reference paper writed

In the meshed models, ten divisions are made across the film thickness excluding the groove portion and further applied multizone mesh method and body sizing of 0.1 mm.

what is the definition of ten divisions? thank you

Hi everone
I am simulating a pulsative flow in the suppressor (attached photos )
Inlet B.C is pulsative mass flow rate, for outlet B.C I used ambient pressure for outlet B.C but the results weren't reasonable. The inner diameter is 20 mm, and the fluid is hydraulic oil with an 850 density and 0.039 viscosity. Also, the chamber diameter is 50 mm.
I am wondering if I can use constant pressure in the outlet B.C while using a pulsative flow inlet?
