When simulating the total energy I get negative values?
Why is the total energy negative? Is it because total energy is usually positive from fluids to surroundings but did I plot here the energy transfer from surroundings to fluid? I wanted to plot the contour without selecting a surface but I couldn't do this so I had to select the three pipes and the back and side walls. Did I then plot the energy of the walls and pipes instead of air or what do these results mean? |
