Hello Everyone,

I am trying to simulate a 2D Plate flow with conductive fluid under the influence of a constant magnetic field which is applied in a specific place on the plate.

I went through the MHD module, but couldnt manage to set up the problem correctly.

In boundary condition tab, there is an UDS tab and I'm totally lost there. In the simulations, I've tried to change Bx and By as conduct or insulate and in another simulation kept them as they are set but I couldnt get proper result, on the other hand in the cell zone conditions there is Source tab but i really dont know how to set them up.

i did simulation for 0.5 T magnetic flux. But the velocity profile looks not even effected by the magnetic fied.


If anyone has done MHD simulations with CFD solvers, may please help me.
