The flow in the piping is analyzed.
I am using Ansys fluent.

Inside the piping is water and outside the inlet/outlet is air.

Do I need to enable Gravity and Specified Operating Density(1.225[kg/m3]) in Physics>Solver>OperatingCondition in such a case?

If you like to model the natural convection around your pipe, you have to switch on gravity. In the material tab choose for density incompressible ideal gas.
There is another option, without modelling the air around the pipe. Just choose convection boundary and take about 10 W/(mēK) for the heat transfer coefficient.
