I used fluent 2022 R2.
But now I use a license which is donated to university (2021 R1).

So I can't use mesh file from 2022 R2.
I converted CAD file extension from .scdoc file to .stp (STEP) file.
I open .stp file in 2021 R1 and save it as .scdoc file (I did Namedselection again.)

After that, I tried to make a mesh.
But I have four problems. (even though I could make a mesh well in 2022 R2)


1.When I made a surface mesh, warning messages(black color) appears in the conosol window
(Warning: Region is named after face zone label "outer-shield" with maximum surface area out of multiple face zone labels (lower-ring lower-shield lower-dome))
I think that it's a just message, but i'm not sure.

2.When I made a surface mesh, warning messages(yellow color) appears in the conosol window
---- Warning--- Due to the size of the model, faces of bodies were not automatically separated for capping and/or size assignment
---- Warning--- To separate out zones, Edit the task and in Advanced Options, set 'Invoke Zone Separation by Angle?' to 'yes

3.When I make a capping, it takes too long time. (it takes just a minute in 2022 R2, but it takes an hour in 2021 R1)

4.There are many (about 100) lamps in CAD. So I made these a group by namedselection "lamps". But in meshing, I think These lamps are seperated to many zones. How can I make these a group


Does anyone know how to fix these?

My CAD file has complicated shapes. Because it's a CVD Chamber.
There are many parts such as susceptor, dome, wafer, lamps, reflector, inlet pipe, outlet pipe, etc. And the quantity of lamps is high (about 100 lamps)
Is there a limit of # of namedselection or shapes in CAD?
