Latent heat inaccuracy in evaporative cooling simulation

I have a simple 2D domain simulating evaporation to still air using mixture model and species mass transfer.
Evaporation occurs at the liquid-air interface, but the temperatures in the steam don't seem to make sense. Evaporative cooling takes place in the liquid (good), but the evaporating water vapor also rises in temperature (bad). I think it has to do with the enthalpy source terms from mass transfer, but I don't know how to solve this. I am using default values for enthalpies and species-mass-transfer (ranz-marshall correlation for both phases). Does anyone know why the steam is rising in temperature? Thank you for your help!
