How do you change the colour map on a sweep surface?

I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this. I want to do a total pressure sweep, and I like having the 'max' value colour set to white so it's easy to visualise. On static contours there is a colour map button, but not so using the sweep surface feature in 2022 R1. Any ideas?
