I am varying side slip angle by rotating geometry in my simulations and obtaining positive slope for Roll moment coefficient vs side slip curve which indicates instability. I have tried varying side slip via velocity components which also gives incorrect results.

What would be the reason for this ? Is there any accurate way to change side slip angles in fluent?

What is the geometry? How are you measuring the rolling moment? Is it in Wind-Velocity Axes or Body Axes?
