how to connect inlet and outlet

Hello
I have question, is there possibility to connect temeprature on oultet (this is a product of heat transfer of gas flowing thruu whole domain) to inlet. I need to have temperature from previous step on outlet on the inlet boundary as next step. Best regards

Can anyone help me to write udf to import average temperature from outlet (previous step) to inlet next step ?
