I'm trying to simulate the CFU's spread in an operating room (CFU stands for ''colony forming unit''). So basically I have to simulate how the CFUs that are emanated from the doctors and the patient spread inside the operating room. Can anybody recommend me a tutorial (or similar) that simulates such a thing? Thanks in advance

You are going to want to use Discrete Phase Modeling or DPM. You can read about the model in the Fluent manual or search for a tutorial online.
