I made two volumes with the same surface mesh (only the height of the prism layer is different). However, the interpretation speed of the two volume meshes is almost 10 times different. The mesh quality is same, and the difference in the number of grids is within 5%. Both meshes satisfy y+ < 1. Can the speed of calculation be this different just because the prism layer size is different? I'm interpreting the propeller (Interface zone size is also enough both meshes).

why do you use prism layer if you have y+ < 1 without prisms?
