Hello everyone and thanks in advance for any help.
I am trying to launch a Fluent VOF simulation on our local lab cluster using SBatch. I have made appropriate an appropriate journal file, the .sbatch document, and have extracted the case file I was using locally. When running, the simulations stops (as completed) after 20 seconds. I believe this is the key part in the output text: ----- Updating solution at time levels N and N-1, using the variable time stepping method. done. WARNING: The following RP variable(s) have non-default value(s); this is intended for EXPERIMENTAL use ONLY, NOT for any production runs: dpm/random/seed-timestep-corrected? iter continuity x-velocity y-velocity vf-air time/iter ! 1 solution is converged 1 0.0000e+00 0.0000e+00 0.0000e+00 0.0000e+00 0:00:10 99 Writing "C:/Users/tmagapecoms/.../MOD/CFD/Nov 2022/Cluster/Try - fine mesh normal values/Inputs/Finer_mesh-25-00001.dat"... Error Object: #f > Warning: property-info: unknown property: characteristic-vibrational-temperature Warning: property-info: unknown property: characteristic-vibrational-temperature Writing "| gzip -2cfv > "solution.cas.gz""... ------ I presume it is trying to write to the location I had set with my local simulations and it gets stored in the .cas.gz file. I have been trying for the past hours to fix this problem and I am still stuck. I think I need to cleanup the input.cas.gz file such that this doesn't occur, but I have no idea how to go about that. Thank you in advance for your help |
